SENIOR MANAGER - SALES & MARKETING - Urgent Role

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies with the objectives of achieving sales targets and providing high levels of customer satisfaction to continuously position the company as the market leader.
• Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales in the property industry. Develop and nurture relationships with key customers by developing and monitoring programs for customer acquisition and retention, with the objective of creating customer loyalty and branding.
• Support and facilitate the development of annual preparation and monthly review of sales performance and allocation of marketing budgets.
• Responsible for the development and training of staffs for excellent customer services and sales performance.
• Constantly achieve assigned sales target and KPIs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote company products, services, and properties. Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including website management, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment conducive to professional growth and development.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on marketing performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to management for informed decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Property Development or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably min 3 years’ experience in Senior Managerial role from the same industry.
• Well-groomed with good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Skill of leadership, decision making & problem solving are required
