Job Title: Senior Manager, SAP FICO

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

• Lead as the Finance product owner to implement a consumer-focused, retail-centric, and digital strategy.
• Gather, analyse, and prioritize demands from finance stakeholders, and plan the product roadmap.
• Align with APAC CFO, Controller, and Tax & Compliance leaders to support company standards.
• Act as the subject matter expert in Finance and develop a team of FICO consultants.
• Collaborate with Finance & Tax community to provide support and improve operational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for operational excellence within finance teams.
• Ensure integration with other relevant VF applications.
• Manage daily SAP application maintenance to support finance operations.
• Ensure compliance with company security and compliance requirements.

How you will do it:

• Interact with Finance & Tax leaders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Lead Finance & technology projects to enhance capabilities in SAP Finance, Consolidation, and Process Automation.
• Drive innovation and automation within the Finance area.
• Deliver functionality and performance according to service levels and costs within SAP and related platforms.
• Conduct problem reviews and root cause analysis to improve finance operation efficiency.
• Manage and develop the team of Finance consultants, providing career direction.
• Support or lead supplier management for related SLAs and seek new suppliers.
• Ensure cost and benefit insights for SAP products and services align with the Service Level Agreement.
• Accurately forecast and define annual departmental activities and resource requirements.
• Establish and refine service operation metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Ensure proper system use and authorization according to internal guidelines.

Skills for Success

Years of related professional experience: 10 years

Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

• Strong prioritization and decision-making capability, especially in scenario of critical production issues. 
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear communications
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Energetic and eager to learn new knowledge, high learning agility

Functional Competencies

• SAP Finance
• SAP BPC
• SAP IS Retail Solution experience is an advantage
• RPA knowledge is an advantage
• Accounting background is an advantage
