We are a Global Business Service Provider a MSC Malaysia status company operates in Malaysia, Subang Jaya is hiring for Compensation & Benefits (C&B) professional to join our Total Rewards team. 

The role acts as the functional expert and consultant to the leadership team in the aspects of Performance Management and C&B. He/She drives center-wide performance management practices across all business units and develops C&B strategies, designing competitive remuneration mix and performance-based rewards, as well as designing benefits and retain programs in alignment with the performance philosophy and that it remains competitive to attract and retain high caliber employees.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive annual performance management process across business units and establish performance management-related policies and best practices to ensure high-performance culture throughout the organization.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in total rewards initiatives and provides sound advice on C&B best market practices.
  • Designs and implements total rewards programs to ensure that the organization is positioned competitively in the market and in accordance to the overall people agenda and performance. 
  • Establish annual salary structure movement, recommend salary budget and align merit increase matrix to achieve planned budget and business goals.
  • Participate in salary & benefits surveys and plan and lead benchmarking studies and research to improve on the organization’s positioning with comparator companies.
  • Manages and adjusts internal reward structures & philosophies against benchmarking analysis, market practices, and business needs i.e. salary structures, job levels, merit/promotion increment budgets, allowances, compensation review process, etc.
  • Coordinates compensation processes; salary and bonus planning, incentive scheme development.
  • Administers and communicates the organization’s benefits program options, features, and enrollment requirements.
  • Responsible for HR System implementation and system enhancement.

Job Requirements:

  • A Degree in HR Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years HR experience with solid C&B skills gained in sizable organizations
  • Demonstrate ability and sound financial management and budgeting skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to make sound decisions based on a set of HR analytics, data and statistics
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge in MS Office, SAP and experience in Shared Services Center industry would be an added advantage.
