Projects

• Restructure the current department. Setting and introduce high and better standards/processes and structure for the marketing analytics department.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all marketing activities and identify areas for improvement
• Analyse on all product onboarding funnels, retention and user experiences.
• Develop dashboards that tells a story and track key KPIs, goals
• Create marginal CAC and ROAS tooling to help recommend how marketing spend

• Growth-minded and collaborative individual with high learning agility. Must be able to hit deadlines and deliver quality work.

Must Have

• SQL
• Data Analytics and Visualization (Tableau etc)
• Team leadership experience (managed at least 3 team members)

• Python

Level

• You will have 8-12 years work experience.
• 2 years of people managing experience
• At least 4 years in data analytics, BI and visualization
• This job reports to the Director of Marketing and Strategy in the US

Location

• TRX - Flexible working arrangement!
• Brand new office in central KL - very close to MRT - Flexible working arrangement!

Preference given to those from Marketing Agency, Consultancy, Research, Fintech (Not Banks) or Tech Start up.
