Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven 3 years of working experience in marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, offline marketing, and social media strategies.
• Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with social media and marketing strategies (Google Business, FB Marketing, IG, etc)
• Familiar with current marketing trends
• Familiar with TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Instagram reels and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, plans and programs to meet business objectives and goals.
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, including branding & awareness, PR, communications and social media.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination and integration of marketing initiatives across the organization.
• Researching and tracking competitor's marketing activities periodically, and collecting market data and insights to analyse brand's competitive performance and future plans.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget and track ROI on marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
• Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of marketing programs to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
