Senior Marketing Executive (F&B) - Fast Hire

Job Description: 

1. Assist in planning, managing, and executing all marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional events for the assigned Brand(s), including of 香杉木桶鱼，张记木桶鱼，喜鱼XiYu. 

2. Assist in develop and maintain the F&B brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, menus, signage, and promotional materials. 

3. Collaborate with graphic designers or agencies to create eye-catching collateral.  

4. Manage media relations and public relations efforts to ensure positive coverage and reviews of the restaurant. Handles press releases, media events, and maintains relationships with food critics and bloggers. 

5. Effectively utilize various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, online advertising and content marketing to engage with target audiences and build an online presence for brands.  

6. Formulate and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans according to the outlet's sales; and stay connect with relevant activities in the shopping mall where the restaurant is located. 

 

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Marketing/ Digital Marketing / Digital Media and Design / Communication or equivalent.

2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Preferably specialized in F&B Marketing or equivalent. 

3. Possess positive & aggressive interpersonal and communication skills; Able to multi-task, proactive, creative and meticulous. 

4.Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.

5. Creativity and commercial awareness.

6. Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin and English. 

7. Possess own transport is an added advantage.
