Senior Marketing Executive - Property Developer

• The Marketing Executive will assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s objectives.
  
  
• This includes conducting market research and surveys, providing insights to management, and keeping track of current marketing trends.
  
  
• The role involves planning, organizing, and executing sales launches, advertising, and promotional activities.
  
  
• The executive will be responsible for managing and updating the company website and social media platforms such as Facebook, as well as monitoring digital engagement and analyzing data.
  
  
• Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure the Advertising Permit and Developer’s License (APDL) is active and regularly monitored is also required.
  
  
• Additionally, the executive will oversee the production of marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and banners, and support the planning and execution of customer engagement campaigns.
  
  
• The role includes assisting in public relations and communication efforts to enhance the company’s brand presence.
  
  
• The candidate must also be willing to carry out any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
  

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in property development, real estate, or related industries.
  

• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  

• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in residential and commercial property sales is highly preferred.
  

• Mobility: Willing to travel and work within Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.
  

• Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in property development, real estate, or related fields will have an advantage.
