Job Description: Experienced Senior Marketing Executive

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing hotel management and homestay operator seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving online presence and generating leads through various platforms, with a primary focus on online travel agencies (OTA) such as Agoda, TripAdvisor, and more.

Responsibilities:
1. Online Travel Platform Management: Oversee and manage our presence on various online travel platforms (OTAs). This includes optimizing listings, managing rates and availability, and responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
2. Lead Generation: Utilize your marketing expertise to attract and convert leads into guests for our hotels and homestays. Implement effective strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic to our properties.
3. Support for Multiple Properties: Provide marketing support and guidance to all our different hotels and homestays. Collaborate closely with property managers to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
4. Booking Management: Efficiently handle daily booking tasks, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure a seamless booking process for guests from start to finish.
5. Traffic Control: Monitor and manage the flow of online traffic to our check-in and check-out systems. Implement strategies to streamline the process and enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:
• Proven Experience: Minimum [2 years] of experiences in marketing, with a focus on the hospitality industry and online travel platforms.
• Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

• OTA Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various online travel platforms, their functionalities, and best practices for maximizing visibility and bookings.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
