Key Responsibilities: -Strategic Planning and Execution: -Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. -Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive growth and expand market share. -Team Leadership: -Manage and lead marketing team to achieve company’s or/and departmental quantitative and qualitative objectives. -Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and improvement. -Brand Management: -Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure consistency across all channels. -Manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, PR, and events. -Events and Conferences: -Plan and execute participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. -Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, PR) to ensure alignment and support for event activities. -Create and execute pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement. -Lead Generation and Follow-up: -Develop strategies to capture and nurture leads generated from events and conferences. -Implement follow-up processes to convert event leads into sales opportunities. -Track and report on event ROI, including lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue impact. -Partnerships and Sponsorships: -Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance event visibility and credibility. -Manage relationships with event organizers, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful collaborations. -Budget Management: -Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI. -Ensure Advertising and promotional budget is utilized effectively and achieve high efficiency in generating sales performance and reaching target segments. -Evaluate and negotiate with vendors, agencies, and partners to optimize marketing spend. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. -4+ years of experience in marketing and senior leadership position. -Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software). -Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. -Creative mindset with a willingness to take risks and push boundaries.-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.-An ability to multi-task and an eye for details. -Willingness to work flexible hours and go the extra mile to meet deadlines and achieve goals.-Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel (outstation/overseas).
