Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Positive Work Culture

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding the market and customer requirements through communication with customers, and team members, and from other source of information.
• Applying available tools and methodologies for planning of project execution activities, design activities, ensuring market satisfaction and timely delivery of required task. 
• Provide technical advice and assistance to members of functional and project teams to meet project and organizational goals. 
• Communicate project objectives and expectation to functional team members, providing assistance and guidance on delivering results
• Provide training and assistance to team members to increase team performance in performing product development activities. 
• Identifying potential problems and points of friction and take necessary actions to formulate solutions in order to maximize efficiency within the team, department and organization. 
• Monitor and ensure that all assigned tasks and projects are accomplished according to the scheduled timeline, product specification and quality expectations. 
   

Requirements

• A recognized Bachelor's Degree in Engineering of Mechanical, Mechatronics, Product Design or equivalent 
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in development and mechanical design of automated equipment. 
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for candidates
