Job Description

To support day-to-day operational activities for financial payment team and also ensuring 

compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering high-quality service in line with UOB’s policies and procedures. This role often sits within operations, payments and compliance  and serves as an experienced individual contributor.

1. Operations & Processing

• Execute daily operational tasks (e.g., payments processing, account servicing, transaction handling) accurately and within service level agreements (SLAs)
• Monitor workflows and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Conduct verification and reconciliation of transactions to ensure accuracy

2. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure strict adherence to MAS regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
• Perform checks to identify suspicious or irregular transactions
• Support risk mitigation efforts and escalate issues promptly
