SENIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE - Fast Hire

Job description

-Must have Operation background
-To plan & implement the company’s standard operational procedure (S.O.P) / flow chart/ guidelines for the respective departments.
-To do the approval of E auto transactions for all branches.
-To activate and monitor the GPS for all branches.
-To monitor AEON application/ transaction record.
-To update e-Daftar record from JPJ MySikap and Modenas, Yamaha, Honda, etc. website daily.
-To register vehicle insurance for new customers and renew insurance & road tax for existing customers (Kuching branches).
-Follow up and monitor the insurance loss case/ accident case for insurance claims and submit monthly reports.
-To maintain records of business transactions for licenses, applications, agreements, insurance, etc.
-To perform Purchase Orders/ Service Orders for Motorcycles, Used Cars, Spare parts, GPS, Office Stationery/ Office Fitting, Repair & Maintenance, etc and stock inventory for HQ and all branches which would be the most economical & practical.
-Liaise with vendors and contractors to reduce costs and regularly troubleshoot processes to ensure the most time and cost-effective practices
-To assist Senior Management in overseeing adherence to the company’s policies & procedure
-To handle & follow up for shipment & marine insurance coverage for motorcycles & used cars, spare parts, etc
-To visit outlets at assigned locations and to oversee & provide administration and operation support to all branches.
-To perform stock take for branches when required.
-Maybe required to travel when necessary.
-To prepare reports as when required by the Management.
-To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Manager and his/her representative where he/she deems it relevant to your job scope.

-To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
