The Job:

1. Strategic Partnership and Stakeholder Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, government, and educational bodies.
• Create new partnerships with resellers and maintain key account demand to achieve projected yearly revenue.
• Coordinate partner collaborations to ensure effective rollout of shared initiatives.

2. AI Onboarding Roadmap & HRDC Initiative Implementation

• Plan and execute AI onboarding (training) roadmap aligned with Pixlr’s revenue goals and training portfolio.
• Work closely with Pixlr Master Trainer to deliver and facilitate HRDC-approved AI courses.
• Manage the HRDC portal for the claiming process.

3. Community Engagement & Content Creation

• Drive community initiatives aligned with Pixlr’s brand and educational impact goals.
• Coordinate efforts to ensure alignment with Pixlr’s broader growth strategies.
• Manage engagement activities and ensure timely execution of campaigns targeting the education community.

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in education program management, stakeholder engagement, or community initiatives, preferably in the SEA region.
• Proven experience managing partnerships with industry, academic, or government bodies.
• Knowledge or experience with training programs, AI onboarding, or HRDC initiatives is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate educational programs into measurable business impact.
• Passionate about education, community engagement, and driving adoption of digital tools in learning environments.
