Senior Personal Care Formulation Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities
1) Collaborate with cross-functional teams across our global application lab network.
2) Develop innovative cosmetic formulations to highlight the benefits of IOIs ingredient portfolio.
3) Design, execute, and analyze formula experiments and physical measurements.
4) Prepare comprehensive technical formulation dossiers to support technical marketing and sales initiatives.
5) Present project results to internal stakeholders and external customers.
6) Coordinate external production of cosmetic formulation prototypes to support commercial activities.
7) Work closely with the R&D team to deliver effective technical support for customers.
8) Conduct customer workshops and support sales activities across the APAC region.
9) Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs.

Qualifications & Experience
1) Bachelors degree in Cosmetic Technology, Chemistry, or a related field; alternatively, completed technical training as a Chemical Technician or equivalent.
2) Several years of hands-on formulation experience in the personal care or cosmetics industry.
3) Strong technical expertise in raw material development and/or cosmetic formulation.
4) Passion for cosmetics and familiarity with laboratory work in a chemical or application lab setting.
5) Structured, reliable, and proactive work style with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international teams.
6) Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.
7) Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
8) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel); experience with Coptis software is an advantage.
