Senior PHP Developer - Start Immediately

We are seeking a Senior PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and facilitating the exchange of data between the server and users. Your main focus will involve developing all server-side logic, defining and maintaining the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. Additionally, you will be tasked with integrating front-end elements created by your colleagues into the application.

Let’s look at your roles:

• To develop, maintain and enhance PHP applications according to customer requirements
• To write RESTful APIs for internal/external usage
• Research and develop high-scalability applications with PHP in a cloud-based infrastructure

Skills Required:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in development of web applications with PHP framework
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as (Vue.js, React.js) is an advantage
• Proficient in PHP language and any PHP framework is a must
• Strong in HTML/CSS, Javascript (JQuery)
• Experience with designing mobile responsive layouts
• Experience with working with caching using Redis
• Experience with working with MySQL database, optimizing queries and with writing REST APIs using PHP
• Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making skills and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Linux, Cloud and Python experience is an advantage
• Have work experience handling in thinkphp and EmpireCMS will be advantage.
• Able to join us immediately.
• Language preference is mandarin and will take note on shortlisting and vetting candidates that fit the language
• Fluency in English and Mandarin dialects will be an added advantage.
