ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will be responsible for executing product management initiatives and assisting product managers in new product development, portfolio management and cross functional collaboration..

You will be based in Kajang, Selangor . You will report to the Product Manager, ASEAN. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :

• Conduct market research to assess customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning. 
• Gather and analyze competitive data, maintaining a real-time dashboard for competitive intelligence
• Support the product launch process, ensuring effective execution across all business units.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on customer feedback and analytics.
• Maintain and update product attributes, datasheets, and other key product documentation.
• Conduct regular data hygiene checks on product listings to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in developing / maintaining customer tools by liaising with all the product managers.
• Create / Maintain an internal product database to keep the commercial team informed and up to date about the product portfolio.
• Work closely with the Marketing Communications team to develop marketing collateral, selling tools, and product launch packages in alignment with regional guidelines.
• Lead monthly updates for sustainability and new product initiatives.
• Build and manage a database for regional product sourcing, tracking new and existing products across different markets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Marketing or related disciplines
• 3 years + of experience in Product Management , Product Development & Execution
• Experience in Data & Product Portfolio Management.
• Experience in Packaging/Chemicals/Ink/Foils/Die cutting/Labels/Digital Printing/Manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills combined with financial acumen.
• Strong teamwork and relationship building skills
