Senior Product Specialist

About the Role

The Specialist, Medical Sales works closely with the Sales Manager to drive sales performance across Hospital and General Practitioner (GP) channels for ethical (prescription) products. This role contributes to DKSH's healthcare mission by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering targeted sales activities that improve patient access to quality medical solutions.

What You Will Deliver

• Drive achievement of sales targets across assigned territories by developing and executing experience-informed medical sales action plans for Hospital and General Practitioner (GP) channels


• Engage existing and prospective customers through regular calls and visits to generate orders, product demonstrations, and quotation opportunities, while delivering compelling product presentations that highlight key features and customer benefits


• Prepare competitive quotations, tender prices, delivery terms, and commercial terms in alignment with company policies, and ensure prompt and professional responses to customer orders, queries, and complaints


• Monitor and report on competitor activities, track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales plans, and maintain accurate customer and sales data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen sales processes and elevate customer satisfaction, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and long-term key account relationship developmentAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Degree or professional qualification in a Science- or Medical-related disciplineMinimum one year of experience in a similar roleWorking knowledge of the industry, market, competitors, customers, and products, with demonstrated selling skills


• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements for products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, and warranties


• Willingness to travel outstation and manage coverage across multiple areasStrong communication and negotiation skills


• Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


• Good command of English, both written and spoken
