Job Responsibilities

1. Product Knowledge and Expertise: 

• Develop a deep understanding of our medical device products, including their features, benefits, applications, and technical specifications. 
• Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to the care segment. 

2. Technical Support: 

• Serve as a technical resource for both internal teams and external customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product-related guidance. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively communicate customer feedback and contribute to product solutions delivery. 

3. Sales and Marketing Support: 

• Assist the sales team in product presentations, demonstrations, and discussions with customers to showcase product value and capabilities. 
• Collaborate with marketing to develop sales tools, collateral, and training materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits. 
• Plan and execute all events relevant to the care segment which includes conferences, workshops, seminars etc for continuous KOL and stakeholder engagement 
• Develop and deliver training programs for customers, sales representatives, and partners to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our medical device products. 
• Customize training sessions to meet the needs of diverse audiences, such as healthcare professionals, clinicians, and technicians.'

4. Market Intelligence: 

• Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to provide recommendations for product and care segment enhancements and improvements. 
• Contribute to  solutions ideas based on customer needs and market demands.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, engineering, operations and regulatory affairs teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging, and customer needs. 
• Provide input into product development and launch strategies based on customer feedback and market insights. 

Qualfiication

• Experience in CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department) is a must. 
• Experienced in sterilants, disinfectants and detergents. 
• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical or any other relevant fields. 
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
