SENIOR PRODUTION ADMIN EXECUTIVE - Hiring Immediately

Job duties and responsibilities:

1. Oversee work schedules & deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time
2. Improved on process & increase output from time to time
3. Experience in daily management of production processes including production planning & control, material & inventory, and manpower planning
4. Develop and optimize production plans to ensure timely delivery
5. Coordinate closely with the production floor, ensuring seamless communication on planned schedules, required capacity, and outstanding schedule reports
6. Coordinate with the sales & transport team to resolve any issues related to orders
7. Quickly adapt to changes in quantity and delivery dates based on marketing / sales feedback.
8. Effectively manage changes, ensuring consistency with the Planning System and minimal disruption to production
9. To continuously monitor and control the variance and error in the report
10. To undertake any assignment given or directed by the immediate superior

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate cooperation among different departments.
• Familiarity with fast moving and FIFO processes, with the ability to formulate corresponding production plans.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, enabling quick responses to complex production issues.
• Computer literacy
