Senior Project Architect - Room for Advancement

A multi-disciplinary architecture, planning & interior design practice looking for Design/ Project Architects to drive a variety of small to medium scale projects.

Job Description 

• Work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary
• Ability to develop ideas quickly, creatively, autonomously and precisely with 2D drawings, models & renderings.
• Consistently deliver high-quality designs.
• Engage with clients in a professional manner.
• Leading the design and documentation to ensure the design intent is matched in the final building.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, adept problem-solving abilities, negotiation prowess, and organizational capabilities.

Requirement 

• Degree holder in Architecture with minimum 4 years experience working in architectural design and project management roles.
• Innovative, creative and highly motivated with excellent presentation and organizational skills.
• Experienced in conceptual design, design development and construction documentation.
• Proficient in computer literate and proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, 3D modeling and Photoshop.
• Experience with ID work is an advantage.
• The ability to speak Mandarin and/ or Cantonese would be an advantage.
• Require to travel (based on the project involvement)
