Senior Project Manager

• Form a dedicated team to drive and oversee the successful execution of the Company's high-impact development projects.
  
• Develop strategic plans and clearly define the objectives and goals of each project.
  
• Manage and coordinate project resources to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.​
  
• Work closely with senior management to identify, monitor, and resolve risks and issues related to project delivery, including financial performance, quality standards, and timelines.​
  
• Perform project assessments and apply value engineering strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.​
  
• Manage all aspects of pre- and post-contract activities.
  
• Track and resolve project risks and challenges, ensuring adherence to financial constraints, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
  
• Oversee team-specific tasks with close attention to detail to prevent unexpected issues proactively and cost escalations.
  

Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Construction
  Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  
• A minimum of 8 years of practical experience serving as a
  project lead in mid to large-scale projects and construction management.
  
• Exposure to diverse projects, including township
  development, landed and high-rise residential, as well as commercial and
  industrial development, spanning from conceptualization and planning to
  construction and project completion.
  
• Proficiency in project management techniques and tools.
  
• Familiarity with the company's financial performance.
  
• Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements
  pertaining to land matters, planning, building, safety, environmental concerns,
  defect management, project accounting, project costing, and project scheduling.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Ability to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.
  
• Strong organizational abilities, including attention to
  detail and proficiency in multitasking.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in people management, strategic
  planning, risk management, and change management.
