Senior Project Manager - Get Hired Fast

Job Description:

• Lead the projects and take full responsibility of the objectives in terms of technical conformity, costs, performances and lead-times. 
• Participate to the feasibility of the contracts specific for each customer and to the negotiation of the terms before signature of the contracts.
• Detail the project planning as per the process directives (activities, resources, lead time of components, detailed calculations etc.) and make sure the team in charge of the project is identified. 
• Start, follow up and close the project which involves meeting the internal and external milestones, coordinate meetings (customer and internal-external suppliers), issue reports and analysis, corrective steps, identify resources, risks, documentation and acceptance tests (incl. quality assurance check-lists). 
• Coordinate the work among a multidisciplinary team in charge of conception, assembly, sub-contracting and logistics for the projects.  
• Identify and control the needs linked to each project in terms of resources and material. Initiate any internal measures which can improve IMA efficiency (productivity, quality, lead time for the projects, costs, etc…) 
• Review monthly job costing to check the impact of the measures applied to the products costs and start in-depth analysis for all deviations above 5% of the planified costs.
• Do once a day a personal check of the work achieved in terms of quality and take the corrective steps when necessary. 
• Issue the final report addressed to the Business Unit Manager after each project, describing experiences and relevant observations. 
• List and update the indicators linked to the progress and   success of the project. 
• Issue all reports listed in the quality instructions and process.

Qualifications:

• At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 6 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge in managing projects in medical field is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must possess strong technical acumen, analytical, problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills.
