Senior Project Manager - Hiring Immediately

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the team in designing, developing and maintaining software programs in according to requirements and specifications, established or defined quality and performance standards, and within the timelines.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing a project budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate techniques.
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure stakeholders sign-off for each milestone accordingly as stated in project charter and project agreement.
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Create an environment of trust where conflicts can be resolved in a healthy way while continuously improving transparency.
• Stay updated with latest development technologies, analyzes whether existing systems are outdated and needs to be replaced and research existing systems/process & prepare technical proposal for implementing new systems.
• Undertake any assignment/ project/ task/ responsibility that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
