Your Role:

As the ProjectManager / Turnaround (TA) Manager, you will play a pivotal role inthe

planning, execution, and successfulcompletion of projects. Your expertise will be

crucial in managing resources,maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the highest

quality and compliance standards.

KeyResponsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

• Develop comprehensive project planswith clear scope, objectives, schedules, and

budgets.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to alignon project goals and deliverables.
• Proactively manage project risks,issues, and changes to achieve successfuloutcomes.
• Coordinate project resources,including manpower, equipment, consumables, and

materials, and present commercialproposals to clients.

Client Coordination and Communication:

• Act as the primary contact forclients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Build and maintain strong clientrelationships, addressing their needs and providing

timely updates.

• Resolveclient concerns and offer solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

ResourceManagement:

• Allocate and manage project resourcesefficiently.
• Ensure project teams have thenecessary tools and support to complete tasks.
• Monitor team performance and provideguidance as needed.

Quality and Compliance:

• Ensure all project activities complywith industry standards, regulations, and company

policies.

• Implementquality assurance processes for top-tier service delivery.
• Conduct regular project reviews andaudits to ensure adherence to plans and

specifications.

FinancialManagement:

• Oversee project budgets, includingcost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure projects are completed withinbudget and financial targets are met.
• Prepare financial reports andforecasts for senior management.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed projectdocumentation, including plans, reports, andrecords.
• Provide regular status reports tostakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, andissues.
• Document lessons learned and bestpractices for future projects.

Turnaround (TA) Responsibilities:

• Oversee all turnaround personnel andsub-contractors.
• Make decisions related to all workson-site and off-site.
• Dedicate full-time presence at thesite during TA execution and attend daily progress

meetings.

• Updateand ensure daily progress, take immediate action on any scheduleslippage,

and ensure smoothoperations.

• Achieve TA Performance Milestones asper the agreed plan.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,Project Management, or a related field. A master’s

degree is aplus.

• PMP or equivalent project managementcertification ispreferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience inthe Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry, with at

least 2 major Mechanical StaticTurnaround projects managed.

• Strongunderstanding of engineering, service, and maintenance processes inthe oil &

gassector.

• Excellent leadership, communication,and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project managementsoftware and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills andattention to detail.
