3 Face Sdn Bhd brings to its clients an international expertise that is infused together with significant local experience, and provides the most capable project delivery system. We are currently expanding and are seeking experienced candidates to join our team in a Senior Project Manager role.

Responsibilities:-

1. Assisting Managing Director in project brief development and project initiation processes. 
2. Manage the planning and construction of medium size building projects.
3. Proven ability to chair meetings with Client, Consultants, Contractors and document outcomes. 
4. Experience in the management of design teams and design process.
5. Experience in managing the tender process for supply & construction contracts and implementation of those contracts. 

Requirements:-

1. Relevant Degree in Construction Project Management & Architecture.   
2. Has a thorough knowledge in developing project programs and experience in successfully completing projects in accordance with the program.
3. An excellent command of spoken and written English language
4. Experience in construction industry is highly preferable. Salary will commensurate with relevant working experience
5. A team player, able to communicate & coordinate effectively
6. Proficient in Microsoft Project and Office.
