Senior Project Manager / Project Manager - Urgent Hiring

PROJECT MANAGER

• Ensure that projects or tasks assigned are completed on time.
• Ensure that material control within budget.
• Study, highlight and resolve any discrepancies of drawings, Bill of Quantity and specification.
• Liaise and attend meeting with consultant, client, sub-contractors and/or suppliers.
• Plan, implement and monitor the weekly programme so that the overall project programme is achieved.
• To implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company's Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health (QESH) Management System.
• To monitor and control project costing.
• Liaise and coordinate with authorities for site inspections.
• Liaise and coordinate with local authorities for approval. i.e TNB, Telekom, IWK, SYABAS & others.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Experience in coordinating and monitoring of site works in accordance with ISO requirements and contractual specifications.
• Punctuality, teamwork with an eye for detail is essential
• Knowledge of Interior Design or Architecture work is pre-requisite.
• Willing to relocate / travel.
