RESPONSIBILITY
• Assist to company Director to disseminate the company's policy and objectives to all level of Purchasing Department.
• To ensure the company quality policy, procedures and activities as relevant and requirement by the Quality Management System are understood, implement and maintained at all times.
• To control, review and maintain of department controlled documents.
• To identify the department training needs.
• Departmental manpower planning. budgeting and conduct on job/technical training.
• To select new supplier for a reliable, negotiating the best price and ensuring a continuing supply of sufficient quantity.
• Make sure all raw material are arrive on time
• To monitor the inventory of certain stock in order to place order when necessary.
• Generate monthly stock report.
• Other responsibilities and authorities to be delegated by Managing Director from time to time whenever are required.
REQUIREMENT
• Education: Process at least diploma/degree in any related field.
• Training : Ms ISO, on Job training related to Quality system.
• Skill : Able to demonstrate expertise in negotiating price and material planning.
• Experience : Process at least 3 years related working experience.
