Job descriptions:
- Review requirements, specifications, overall processes, collect data, analyze problematic areas and identify opportunities to improve process
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Identify and undertake operational change management and quality assurance during the business analysis and business re-engineering project stage
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
- Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements
- Undertake analysis of training in relation to process/application changes and prepare training documentation and conduct training
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
- As part of the business improvements and change management initiative, identify and implement the training program to cross-functional teams to ensure user readiness for the new way of work
Job requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subjects
- Proven work experience in software development
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
