Senior QA Engineer

Job Description:

• Assist and report to the QA Manager / Section Head on matters related to the in process environmental and quality issue resolution.
• Manage and lead a team of QA Inspectors to support manufacturing activities.
• Analyse data and drive quality improvement program to improve product quality.
• Liaise with customer on product quality issues and improvements.
• Providing quality feedback and report to customer.
• Document processes, procedures and methods as required.
• Involve in SPC programs and evaluation when required.
• Provide guidance of Quality System requirements or customer requirement to other personnel involved.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team of QA Inspectors.
• Train, coach and guide Manufacturing Specialist, QA Inspectors, Technicians and Engineers as required.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree and/ or at least 2 year(s) relevant working experience in EMS manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
