Responsibilities :
- Post construction.
- Compare, prepare and submission variation of order and intern progress claims.
- Responsibilities for the cost analysis for procurement.
- Evaluation of work done percentage and measurement of work quantities.
- Responsibilities for maintaining proper site records with special emphasis contractual claims.
Pre-construction :
- Prepare tender fact sheet or briefing to management.
- Sourcing quotation and material.
- Taking off quantity.
- Costing breakdown and preparation.
- To propose value engineering on keep cost items.
- Able adjust different mark up on different trade for final tender submission.
- Any other duties that may assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirement :
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor/Project Management and Building. or other related fields.
- Candidate with minimum 3 years of working experience.
- Preferable with Interior Design (ID) knowledge and joinery work etc.
- General computer literate
- Able to work with minimum supervision and good communication skills.
- Required languages in English and Mandarin.
