Senior Quantity Surveyor (Semenyih /Johor)

• Oversee financial aspects of projects, including preparation of progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.
  
• Provide accurate cost estimation for labor, materials, and machinery.
  
• Develop project cost plans, detailed estimates, and cash flow forecasts to support successful project delivery.
  
• Coordinate contracts by liaising with sub -contractors and ensuring smooth operation and execution.
  
• Manage the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, quantity measurements, and bills of quantities.
  
• Handle additional assignments or tasks from superiors as required.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Able to work independently, efficiently manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency preferred for effective communication.
  
• Candidates with experience will be considered for senior positions.
  
• Roles open for Semenyih and Johor area (3 opening - site based)
