Senior Real Estate Analyst - Urgent

We are seeking a highly skilled & experienced Real Estate Senior Analyst to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate analysis, market research, financial modeling and investment analysis. 

He / She should be detail-oriented, analytical and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
2. Analyze financial statements, lease agreements and other financial documents to evaluate the performance of real estate assets.
3. Develop financial models to evaluate real estate investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, ROI analysis and sensitivity analysis.
4. Prepare investment memos, presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
5. Assist in the due diligence process for real estate acquisitions, including property inspections, financial analysis and legal review.
6. Monitor and track the performance of real estate assets, including occupancy rates, rental rates and market trends.
7. Provide recommendations for optimizing the performance of real estate assets, including property repositioning, lease renegotiation and capital improvements.
8. Stay current on market trends, regulations and best practices in real estate investment and analysis.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economicsor related field. 
2. 5+ years of experience in real estate analysis, investment, or finance.( IB , corporate advisory, … etc )
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and information.
4. Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
5. Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations and best practices.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills (Powerpoint)
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
