We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, attracting, and placing top talent for our clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth candidate searches through various sourcing strategies.
• Pre-screen and qualify candidates based on job requirements and client specifications.
• Build strong relationships with potential candidates and develop a deep understanding of their career goals and aspirations.
• Conduct engaging interviews and effectively assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage the offer acceptance process.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their hiring needs, and present suitable candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to achieve assigned targets.
• Contribute to the team by sharing industry knowledge, best practices, and market insights.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a similar agency or a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding recruitment targets and consistently exceeding client expectations.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• A passion for recruitment and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
