Penerangan Pekerjaan - Senior Replenishment Planning Manager - APAC

Mission

The Senior Replenishment Planning Manager, APAC plays a central role in delivering the objectives of the Supply Chain transformation journey, which aims to redesign supply chain operations through enhanced end-to-end visibility, standardization, and regional efficiency.

This position operates within the newly established Management Entity Supply Chain Center (ME SCC):  a structure created to centralize and streamline replenishment planning activities across multiple Market Companies (MCs), replacing previously fragmented local approaches.

The Senior Replenishment Planning Manager is responsible for leading short- and mid-term replenishment planning, overseeing co-packing plans, and ensuring alignment with inventory policies and demand signals. The role also manages exception handling, drives rebalancing of slow-moving and obsolete stock (SSOS), and contributes to process harmonization across the region. By embedding new ways of working, consolidating expertise, and reinforcing collaboration with Brand Units (BU’s), this role directly supports the ambition to build a more scalable, data-driven, and performance-oriented supply chain model.

Key Responsibilities

Replenishment Planning Execution

  • Lead the execution of short- and mid-term replenishment plans across Market Companies (MCs), based on updated planning parameters (lead times, MOQ, inventory policies) and transactional data.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in intercompany order placement, aligned with demand signals, allocation priorities, and service targets.
  • Maintain live visibility on stock projections to anticipate gaps and corrective actions.

Exception Management & Escalation

  • Identify supply risks and disruptions across the network; propose prioritization scenarios based on business value.
  • Collaborate with Brand Units (BUs) and Global Supply Chain to support trade-offs and maximize regional performance.
  • Escalate and resolve conflicts in cases of constrained availability or shortfalls.

Co-packing Planning

  • Build and monitor regional co-packing plans in collaboration with local marketing teams and internal/external partners.
  • Secure timely ordering of dry goods and packaging components in line with execution schedules.
  • Monitor execution of co-packing volumes and adjust as needed.

Integration into the S&OP Process

  • Prepare consolidated replenishment inputs for ME-level pre-S&OP cycles.
  • Ensure alignment of replenishment plans with demand, capacity, lifecycle, and inventory policies.
  • Support scenario planning and performance reviews during S&OP cycles.

Transformation & Ways of Working

  • Implement new processes and tools introduced through the transformation, including harmonized replenishment governance, co-packing standards, and inventory segmentation.
  • Act as a key enabler of the ME SCC operating model, embedding consistent routines and supporting cross-market synergies.
  • Contribute to the evolution of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a regional planning context.

Success Indicators

  • Replenishment plan adherence
  • Inventory availability per MC/SKU
  • DFC (Days of Forecast Cover)
  • Co‑packing execution vs plan
  • SSOS rebalancing performance
  • Data quality & parameter governance

Target Core Skills

  • Mastery of MRP/DDMRP principles and stock norming
  • Proficiency in net requirement calculation and intercompany order execution
  • Reliability in live planning and inventory projection
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret planning inputs (forecasts, allocations, constraints, costs)
  • Proficiency in tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, and DDMRP systems
  • Operational understanding of production and transport processes
  • Knowledge of co-packing rules, specs, and downstream implications
  • Effective collaboration with Demand, Supply, Allocation, MDM and Co-pack teams
