Senior Retail Consultant

Location: City Square, Johor Bahru 
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable / Convertible to Permanent Staff)

Working Hours

• 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM
• Max. 45 working hours per week
• Monday – Sunday (Rotational Shifts)
• 6 Working Days per Week

• Basic Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,500

Job Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on mobile plans, devices & broadband
• Drive sales through upselling & cross-selling to achieve KPIs
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints & service escalations professionally
• Manage activations, renewals, upgrades & documentation in compliance with SOPs
• Stay updated on promotions, campaigns & product launches
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build strong customer relationships

• Provide interim leadership as needed to maintain service quality and operations, and mentor new hires during OJT to ensure a smooth transition into productivity
• Support external marketing activities such as roadshows and events, professionally representing the branch and its products to prospective customers

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder with at least 5 years' experience in Sales & Service, preferably in the telecommunications or mobile industry

Requirements

• Experience in sales, retail or telecom is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good command of English & Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a plus)
• Basic Microsoft Office & computer skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
