Role Overview:
This role is to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Sales Department. Ideally for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling both routine and dynamic tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Assist the Head of Sales with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
⢠Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations, tender documents, company profiles, and proposals.
⢠Coordinate internal and external meetings, including venue bookings, preparation of materials, minute-taking, and follow-up tasks.
⢠Manage travel arrangements for the sales team, including bookings for flights, accommodation, and offsite events.
⢠Respond to customer inquiries and maintain ongoing email correspondence to support business continuity.
⢠Liaise within the sales team to streamline communication and improve workflow efficiency.
⢠Monitor and track sales targets; assist in preparing monthly sales reports and other ad-hoc analytical tasks.
⢠Support the submission of expense claims and manage customer feedback documentation.
Requirements:
⢠Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
⢠Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales support or administrative roles.
⢠Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
⢠Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).
⢠Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
⢠High level of organization, attention to detail, and a responsible work ethic.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 8am - 5.30pm
