Senior Sales Coordinator - Rapid Progression

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team of sales coordinators to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Coordinating and preparing sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed to support the sales team in client meetings and negotiations.
• Overseeing order processing and ensuring timely delivery of services to clients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer information in our ERP system.
• Handling complex customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Liaising with production, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintaining proper records and filing of all sales documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, etc.
• Managing customer satisfaction by overseeing service delivery, addressing customer concerns, and continuously enhancing customer service standards.
• Generating and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
• Participating in key meetings and providing insightful feedback and suggestions.
• Establishing a systematic approach to collecting and acting on customer feedback.
• Performing all other duties as assigned by the company.

Knowledge, Abilities & Skills Required:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales coordination or a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
• Expertise in ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively negotiating and resolving conflicts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.
