Penerangan Pekerjaan - Senior Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • To implement, monitor, review sales and marketing plan
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that are designed to meet the needs of customers.
  • Explore and identify for potential new business opportunities and customers both locally
  • Communicating with customers to understand their specific needs so that they can be met efficiently
  • Promote company's product and system solutions to various industries.
  • Achieve business plan targets and monthly objectives.
  • Actively contribute to the performance of the Sales department 
  • Responsible for generating leads and market leads for sales growth
  • Provide accurate and timely forecast's using the appropriate Sales Tools and Processes
  • Maintain all relevant information about customers, prospects, campaigns and leads.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers
  • Follow up on billing and debt collections.

    • Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience specializing in automation engineering/automotive/general industry or in the related field is required for this position.
  • Pro-active and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation, communication and motivation skills
  • Willingness to travel to sites if required within short notice
  • Ability to work under pressure and long hours
  • Team player but also capable to work independently
  • Have good sense of time management and strong customer focus.
    • Successful candidate will be offered the following:
  • 5 days work week at office (9.00am to 6.00pm)
