Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development
- Establish sound understanding of market (customers, competition, new technology, etc.) and key trends.
- Analyze, set clear objectives, and develop strategies to drive Lifescience market penetration and growth.
- Actively identify market opportunities, potential customers and establish new accounts to expand business for rapid testing, laboratory consumables and equipment.
- Ability to take on and assist in launching new product lines.
2. Sales Maintenance
- Monitor sales performance (target, competition, accounts, etc.)
- Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing clients and achieving excellent customer satisfactions.
- Regular meetings with client within Lifescience setting to understand it needs and drives the solutions in the industry or Institutions.
- Participate in sales forecasting, budgeting, and marketing activities.
3. Product support
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and manage product evaluations.
- Manage and support exhibitions, trade shows and promotion program.
- Learn and acquire strong knowledge of product features and benefits against competitors’ products.
- Ability to take on and promote a wide range of products to support training and education across the medical division portfolio.
Requirements:
- Degree in Biomedical, Life Science, Bioscience, Medical Technology or related field
- 3 years of sales experience in Life Science / Healthcare / Medical / Lab industries
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence customers at all levels
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, meticulous and a positive attitude
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation (North Malaysia)
- Remuneration commensurate with experience and qualification
