As a creative design company, Free Tribe assisted businesses ranging from small medium enterprises to large conglomerates from various industries such as property, Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), corporate, sports, technology, and so forth, reaching out to their target customers effectively both locally and internationally. Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant B2B sales experience in digital marketing/ advertising/ PR/ event management with a proven sales record.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, fluent in both written and spoken English, fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin a plus.
• Strong customer service and consultative sales skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated and driven. Possession of a creative flair is a plus.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Cultivate solid relationships with current customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
• Proactively source and identify promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals to achieve the sales target.
• Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
• Participate in promoting the company by participating in marketing activities to strengthen sales position.
• Adhere to internal regulations and company policies, ensuring timely submission of reports.
• Keep abreast of market trends and developments to execute effective marketing campaigns and business strategies
