About The Company
MGES logistics is a leading transportation which was established in Aug 2016 to serve and fulfil market demands within the supply chain platform in Malaysia. Our company was carefully crafted upon realizing the market demands for bulk tank containers. Prior to establishment, multiple workstreams of research and development were invested to study and understand clients end expectations in maintaining operational cost and time efficacy.
At this juncture, with all the operational experience we perceived, we achieved to secure fleets which compromises a range of mild and stainless tankers tailored with latest innovation and security systems to facilitate food grade transportation within the peninsula. Nevertheless, we are fully accredited by the MPOB board to support and deliver palm oil products following the regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and growth opportunities in the logistics industry.
* Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase market share.
* Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships, in partnership with technical staff
* Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth and new market strategies
* Understand client needs, pain points, and logistics requirements to tailor solutions that meet their specific business challenges.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Lead the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
* Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
* Track monthly and annual sales targets.
* Build and spearhead a strong dynamic sales team.
* Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and innovation.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance the company's brand visibility and industry presence.
* Build and leverage a strong professional network to create business opportunities and partnerships.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Proven track record of at least 8 - 10 years in business development or sales in the industry.
* Strong sales expertise with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong leadership skills
* Mandarin speaking ( added advantage)
