To build our team in Chișinău, we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master (m/f/d).

• Lead and support our agile development teams in the effective implementation of Scrum practices
• Organize and conduct Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and priorities
• Remove obstacles and foster an environment of continuous improvement
• Coach team members on agile principles and encourage self-organization
• Promote and maintain a strong team culture with a high commitment to performance
• Monitor team progress and ensure we deliver high-quality products on time
• Identify and implement agile best practices and tools to optimize team productivity
• Promote transparency and effective communication within the team and throughout the organization

• You bring proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects
• You have a good understanding of agile principles, practices, and frameworks
• You possess excellent facilitation and communication skills
• You can successfully lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• A certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant certifications is an advantage
• Training as a coach is advantageous, but not required
• You are familiar with Jira or similar agile project management tools
• English language skills in spoken and written form at least B2 level
