Senior Specialist, Consumer Deposits Mass Affluent & Joy@Work

• Define and understand end-to-end Joy@Work (Company & Indi) customer journey in driving Joy@Work portfolio growth.
• Manages overall IT solution implementation plan (i.e. development, testing) and responsible for the end delivery of change of request (CRs) pertaining to all Retail Banking application software/ technology projects associated with Joy@Work to ensure that the software/ technology delivers the desired business functionality to the required quality in compliance to the Bank’s business rules & operational process as well as statutory & regulatory obligations.
• Work closely with respective internal & external stakeholders to create a segment stickiness & value proposition by growing the customer product holding (i.e. end to end process from acquisition till fulfilment stage) as well as to drive acquisition & portfolio growth
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of system enhancement/ projects.
• Proposing, planning, managing & executing marketing plans & activities according to product strategy to meet Bank goals & objectives.

Conduct Sales Training to all the branches on Joy@Work Value Propositions as well as Marketing Campaign or Leads initiative.
