Location: Head Office, Bandar Utama
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, or Supply Chain roles.

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Buyer who will develop and execute category sourcing strategies that support business growth, deliver cost competitiveness, ensure supply continuity, drive supplier innovation, and create long-term value for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category sourcing strategies, including communication and supplier management plans.


• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that best meet business, quality, service, and cost requirements.
  
   
  
  


• Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization and deliver sustainable cost efficiencies.

  Ensure supplier compliance with the Nestlé Supplier Code and responsible sourcing requirements.

  Collaborate with suppliers to identify and implement innovation opportunities that support business growth and renovation initiatives.
  
  


• 
  
  Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and deliver agreed service levels and sourcing support.
  
  

What We're Looking For

•  3+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management.


• Proven experience developing sourcing strategies and delivering cost optimization initiatives.


• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience conducting TCO analysis, supplier performance management, and risk mitigation activities.


• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate across local and regional teams.Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments is a plus.
