Senior Technical Engineer - Excellent Benefits Package

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality technical support through liaison with customer, sales personnel & channel partners.
• Organize, review, advise & provide product related technical information and provision of technical support to all other functions within the organization.
• Manage & troubleshoot customers complaint and provide customer feedback on technical (application / performance) issues through the sales team.
• Conduct workshop, provide training & other relevant technical information, technical services to customers, sales & marketing teams and channel partners.
• Conduct periodic audit & reviews to review technical and operation compliance.
• Recommend products, identity equivalent of competitor grades, rationalize grades to meet & optimize customer requirements.
• Liaise with marketing department, sales personnel, head office & other state leaders to harmonize product ranges, tender queries & business flows.
• Implement technical commercial approach for industrial segment customers.
• Implement & promote technical solutions like TIG6, ANAC
• Build of update template of competitor products & offerings. Establish product choices for premium products to enable sales to promote them in the market.

Requirements

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) , Chemistry, or related discipline with minimum 5 years experience in related fields
• Experience in the application of lubricants and greases
• Good presentation and training skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as great analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to travel
