Shift Work

Based on duty roster (7am – 3pm / 2pm – 10pm)

Job Description

Electrical

• Survey electrical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.), genset & MSB.

Building

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)

Mechanical

• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary with health and safety standards.
• Conduct the routine checklist and service. Doing the chemical cleaning and general cleaning.
• Check the routing checklist, greasing & service as per Procedure with health and safety standards.
• Preparing chemical and responsibility for the shocked dosing.
• Drained the pond and lake for cleaning or maintenance purposes.
• Survey kitchen area to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
• Maintain heating and cooling systems such as chiller and refrigerator to ensure functionality.
• Repair the leaking and replace the filter for the water supply system at Kitchen area.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a SPM, SKM (Level 3) or Diploma.
• Candidate must have relevant experience in electrical, mechanical, and building installation and maintenance related jobs.
• Candidate must okay to work in high elevation (4m to 5m).
