Senior TM, Business Development & Strategy

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior TM, Business Development & Strategy to support the growth and promotion of our futures business. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives, strengthen front-line capabilities, and execute strategic plans that support revenue growth and market competitiveness.

What you will be doing

• Design marketing collaterals and seek all approvals to ensure compliance to Corporate Identity (CI)

• Support development and promotion of futures product

• Support futures’ business development and marketing initiatives

• Support development of FBRs skills and knowledge

• Support strategic plans to promote futures products

• Support workshops and training for branch FBR

• Support organization and management of events and seminars(webinars)

• Keep tab of rival broker’s offering and provide plans to counter competition

• Grow branch revenue

What we’re looking for

• Degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.

• Experience in business development, strategy, or marketing within financial services or capital markets.

• The candidate must possess a valid CMSRL for dealing in futures or hold a dual license.

• Good understanding of futures products and market dynamics.

• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Creative and analytical, with the ability to translate strategy into practical execution.
