Senior Town Planner

• Planning feasiblity study (Development Plan Study)
• Preparing Master Plan and Development Plan
• Prepare Design Brief, TOR and technical report
• Coordinating and monitoring implementation planning, review planning proposal and plans
• Providing advise and support on issues concerning planning, development and environmental issues;
• Liaison with the Local Authorities
• Balancing the needs of a growing population with environmental impacts
• Developing business relationships
• Execute other duties upon request by the HOD (apart from the main task)

Requirement:

• Recognised Degree in Town Planning (Urban and Regional Planning), Architectural or equivalent.
• At least 4 Years) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Willing to work extra hours if required;
• Ability to work well in team and on your own;
• Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude;
• Proactive and fast learner
