We are Hiring: Senior Web Developer (WordPress + UI/UX Design)
Location: Empire City, Petaling Jaya | Employment Type: Full-Time | Mode: On-site

About Us:
We are looking for a Senior Web Developer who not only excels at building WordPress websites but also has a strong eye for design. You will own the full journey from concept to final site designing in Figma and translating your own mockups into high-quality, responsive WordPress builds. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both creative and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical mentorship and code reviews for junior team members.
- Design high-converting, responsive website layouts and interfaces using Figma.
- Develop fully custom WordPress themes based on your Figma designs (no reliance on pre-made templates).
- Build and maintain sites using Elementor Pro, custom HTML, CSS, and PHP.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across all devices.
- Integrate and configure essential plugins (e.g., Elementor Pro, RankMath SEO, WooCommerce).
- Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Maintain and update websites, perform bug fixes, implement feature enhancements.
- Lead technical problem-solving and mentor junior developers when needed.
- Collaborate with project managers, marketers, and designers to deliver client solutions on time.

Requirements:
Experience:
- Ability to lead projects and manage deadlines effectively.
- 4+ years of WordPress development experience, including building custom themes.
- Proven ability to design in Figma and translate designs into clean, functional WordPress sites.
- Strong portfolio showing both design and development work, especially sites you built end-to-end.
- Experience leading website projects from scoping to launch.

Technical Skills:
- Familiar with JavaScript/jQuery for interactive components.
- Knowledge of on-page SEO and performance optimization.
- Familiar with accessibility standards (WCAG) and UX best practices.
