Main Role & Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue through new business development and business retention of existing customer portfolios
• Lead and coordinate the response to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) from potential clients.
• Prepare comprehensive and competitive proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Drive and achieve the agreed Sales and Marketing KPIs.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships, including the planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up of customer activities, and the supervision, coordination, and handling of inquiries and sales projects for all products in the product portfolio.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Supports Marketing operations by compiling, formatting, reporting, and materials.
• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities which include presentations, reports, promotional materials, etc.
• All other duties as assigned or required

Qualification and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the related field.
• Excellent business acumen and industrial network with the logistics and supply chain space
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
